Does it really crack hard nuts?
Yes, it was designed originally for the hardest shell nut, the black walnut, it can crack virtually any nut with minimal effort. If the nut will fit in the press, you can crack it
How do you ship, and how long does it take?
We ship everything possible via UPS and require a street address (no P.O. boxes). This is the fastest and most cost-effective option. If necessary, we can also ship via USPS. Orders are normally shipped the same day we receive them, and delivery typically takes 2–3 working days, though some areas may take slightly longer.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for (30) thirty days after receipt. The customer will pay return freight. All the newer models for the last three years are improved, totally trouble-free free and have not had a single one returned.
